yourtown is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist to provide quality frontline reception and administrative services to our friendly team at Kingston!

As the Receptionist, you will play a fundamental role in the day-to-day business operations and provide a high level of customer service to our clients, stakeholders and staff!  

In addition to this you will:

  • Manage the reception area and ensure it operates in an efficient and effective manner
  • Ascertain client/customer needs and provide direction and advice to the relevant yourtown employee or workspace.
  • Provide quality administrative support and assistance to the wider team.
  • Collect and distribute all mail, and order, receive, and maintain office supply levels.
  • Maintain room bookings for programs on site as required.
  • Create and print memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, collating, and word processing
  • Monitor inboxes and triaging inquiries as appropriate
  • Assisting with improving administration processes and documents.

This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site at Kingston. Looking to start ASAP!

Remuneration commences at $48,293 p/a + 10% super + $15,990 packaging!

Role requirements: 

  • Certificate level in Business Administration and a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in an office environment or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high volume, fast paced environment and must be confident using a range of technologies.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to successfully engage and deliver information to clients.
  • Acute attention to detail and strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Suite.
  • Friendly and self-aware team player with the ability to build strong relationships
