Reporting to the Corporate Property Manager the Senior Property Manager will play a pivotal part in the research, development and property requirements to meet yourtown needs.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will work with key business stakeholders to understand current and future business needs and, tactically develop comprehensive project plans. In addition to this you will be responsible for:

  • Researching key residential and commercial market factors for investment, development, leasing and long-term business needs;
  • Working with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and concerns;
  • Managing the end to end delivery of major projects from initiation, case development, design, construction and stakeholder management; and
  • Provide internal reporting on the current status of the project performance, potential variations from the budget and schedule.

 

Role requirements:

  • University level qualifications in Project Management, Property Management or experience in the coordination of professional property services;
  • Proven experience in the maintenance or construction fields and a demonstrated ability to hold suppliers accountable for the completion of agreed works;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet conflicting demands on varying time scales, and to work under pressure;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to effectively scope and prioritise multiple pieces of work;
  • Ability to manage, monitor and evaluate a budget and produce reporting on financial and work performance;
  • Ability to be flexible to travel interstate and manage after-hours emergency maintenance calls.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to Safety and OH&S legislation.
