your opportunity

Based at Milton, and working with the Cloud Administration team, this role has responsibility for managing and maintaining our Azure cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You will be instrumental in deploying, monitoring and troubleshooting our cloud-based and on-premises systems, collaborating closely with other teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. You will provide support for various collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, One Drive, SharePoint and teams calling and support and maintain end-user devices, including patch management and device provisioning.

Your role will include:

• Azure Cloud management, including deployment, configuration and ongoing management of Azure resources.
• Management of on-premises infrastructure including overseeing & maintaining services, VMs, storage systems and networking equipment.
• Administering Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
• Monitoring performance, capacity and availability across both cloud and on-prem infrastructure.

what we are looking for

• Experience in the management of the Azure cloud platform.
• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts, experience in virtual networks, routing and VPN’s.
• Experience in enterprise directory and identity solutions.
• Experience in on-premises storage solutions.
• Understanding and working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new systems and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst being organised, detail-oriented and accurate.
