your opportunity
This role has responsibility for leading and strengthening strategic partnerships and referral pathways within Virtual Services. The role enables seamless integration and referral pathways across internal programs, funding partners and key external stakeholders, responding to emerging business partnerships and sector needs, ensuring stronger service outcomes and enhanced client impact.
Your role will include:
• build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of organisations across the sector including education, mental health, child protection and non- governmental for-purpose organisations
• represent Virtual Services in forums, meetings and working groups to strengthen partnerships and sector collaboration
• conduct research to identify service gaps, opportunities and insights to support integration with internal and external stakeholders
• ensure contracts and reporting are delivered accurately, within scope and on time
• establish and oversee Virtual Services specialist helplines and referral pathways
• develop and implement efficient cross-agency referral protocols
• facilitate the exchange of information between Virtual Services, yourtown programs and external partners, including facilitation of audits
• develop and deliver information or capability-building sessions to team members and partners
• partner with program managers to support specialist service development, implementation and continuous improvement
This position will be appointed on a 12-month maximum term contract basis.

You will have a genuine passion for networking and developing stakeholder connections to achieve positive outcomes for programs and clients.
You will bring:
• passion, commitment and belief in young people
• relevant university degree qualification in psychology, social work, counselling or related field and minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• demonstrated knowledge of State Education, Mental Health and Child Protection sectors as they relate to children and young people and parents and carers
• proven experience aligned to information-sharing protocols and ethical considerations
• strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• proficiency in research and evaluation techniques
• ability to facilitate internal and external presentations
• ability to travel interstate
