As our Business Development Manager – Social Enterprise

You will drive the growth and success of Social Enterprise by identifying new leads, exploring innovative business models, and fostering strong customer relationships. This position plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence, ensuring the profitability of new business ventures, and enhancing the overall brand equity of our Social Enterprises.

As part of the National Social Enterprise team your location can be flexible.  You will proactively research and identify potential leads and opportunities for appropriate Social Enterprise expansion across the country.

The right candidate for this role will:

  • Preferably hold a relevant bachelor’s degree level qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field along with 5 years proven experience in Business Development with a focus on driving growth and customer engagement
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Leverage Senior leadership expertise to support decision making and drive growth
  • Identify and secure partnerships leading to increased social impact
