About the role

As the Portfolio Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration requirements of projects and portfolio to support overall project delivery governance. You will report to the Portfolio and Project Delivery Manager.  

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate portfolio processes, systems/tools and ensure that governance is effective.
  • Track and report on project portfolio performance, provide a real-time, comprehensive view of all projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholder general enquiries.
  • Organise and prepare all meeting material including presentations, agendas, minute taking and action follow ups.
  • Provide financial management support including purchase orders, invoices, payments, maintain budgets and reconciliation of credit cards.

 

About you

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Demonstrated experience providing high level administration support within project management.
  • High proficiency in the use of MS Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Acute attention to detail and consistent initiative.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing coupled with demonstrated experience compiling complex reports, providing minutes and developing presentations.
  • Strong relationship building and influential skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking coupled with a deadline driven attitude.
