In this role, you will be the Grounds Maintenance Leading Hand. You will teach and mentor a team of young trainees (15-25 years).
You will be outside on the tools working alongside your team and sharing your skills and experience.

Our goal in Enterprises is to provide disadvantaged young people with paid work experience, in delivering a commercial contract. This experience is further supported with wrap around youth work. The end goal is to develop and build the young person’s capacity for workforce participation, so that they are able to secure and sustain employment in the open labour market.
