In this newly created role, working closely with the CIO, the IT Business Lead will design and implement a process oriented operating model that supports yourtown’s strategic vision and the Information & Digital Technology department’s business objectives. In addition, the role is responsible for the daily management and maintenance of IT governance and budgeting and forecasting activities.
You will have experience in the daily running of a complex IT Department, complimented by demonstrated experience implementing customer centric service delivery processes and IT governance frameworks. You will be process driven and have the ability to bring business acumen and maturity to the way the IT department operates. A natural problem solver, you will work collaboratively to build relationships and influence individuals at all levels to drive change within the business.
