In this newly created role, the IT Service Delivery Manager will design and implement a service delivery operating model based on ITIL best practices that supports yourtown’s strategic vision and business objectives. In addition, the role is responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the IT operational environment.
You will have extensive knowledge IT operational service delivery, ITIL based operating model, complimented by tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline and broad experience in the IT sector. You will have demonstrated experience implementing customer centric service delivery processes and IT governance frameworks. Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver business objectives is essential. A natural strategic thinker and problem solver, you will work collaboratively to build relationships and influence individuals at all levels.
