Transition to Work (TtW) is a youth specialist employment initiative from the Australian Government that supports young people to develop practical skills to gain employment or connect with education or training.

your opportunity
As the Employment Solutions Partner, you will be an integral part of a team that provides tailored employment related services to employers with the aim of sourcing employment opportunities for our job seekers.
Your responsibilities will include:

Build Lasting Employer Relationships: Engage face-to-face with local employers to create a strong pipeline of opportunities, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
- Get Moving: You are forward facing, on the road, and out and about in the community

Champion Youth Aspirations: Work closely with young people to guide them toward fulfilling employment pathways.
