your opportunity
This full-time role is based in Milton or Kingston QLD, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Our Operations Program Advisor plays a key role in the success of our impactful Employment Services, including the new Inclusive Employment Australia program and the existing Transition to Work program. You’ll enjoy working within an established high-performing team to deliver high-quality, compliant, and outcomes-focused employment services that empower young people to thrive.
Your expertise will support frontline teams through insightful advice, performance analysis, coaching, and ensuring our programs not only meet but exceed contractual obligations and performance benchmarks.
your responsibilities
- Contract management, compliance, and quality assurance processes to ensure operational integrity across the IEA and TtW teams
- Use data and reporting tools to understand how programmes are performing, spot trends, and support our frontline teams to hit their targets and improve outcomes.
- Share ideas and help create resources that support excellent service delivery and build team capability.
- Identify updates to contractual documents, procedures, or systems, make the necessary process changes, and guide staff through what’s new.
- Manage feedback processes with a strong focus on customer service, continuous improvement across our programs, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assist with quality assurance activities and improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
your expertise

You bring experience in operations, compliance, contracts, data analysis or reporting, ideally within government-funded employment services or a similar field, including:
- An understanding of government ‘fee for service’ and grant-based contracts.
- Strong technical skills with data reporting tools and high-level skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear, professional documents.
- Confidence working with people at all levels, including government representatives and internal teams.
- Ability to identify key issues and help shape program responses that meet or exceed contract targets.
- A current unrestricted driver’s license.
