We’re rebuilding our Digital Experience Platform (DXP) to upgrade the tech and deliver a system that better supports yourtown and the people who engage with us. We’re recruiting a Business Analyst who’s ready to get into the detail, ask the right questions, and shape solutions that make sense. You’ll work across UX, development, vendor management, and stakeholders to drive digital change that sticks.
As the Business Analyst, you will:
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, prioritise, and understand business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX and digital experience teams to re-platform eCommerce and component-style functionality into Optimizely CMS, CDP, and DAM.
• Work with technical SMEs to document integration, data, and architectural requirements.
• Support delivery teams to ensure solutions are developed, tested, and released smoothly.
• Identify impacted systems, processes, and dependencies.
• Analyse current state and recommend improvements.
• Develop requirements from prototypes, workflows, and business processes.
• Facilitate prioritisation using MoSCoW principles.
• Stay up to date with relevant legislation, industry trends, and best practices.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and organisational performance goals.
Please note, the Business Analyst position is a 12 month maximum term role
