As a Post Placement Support Officer, you will work across multiple facets of delivering individually tailored employment and education support to young people. Based from our head office in Milton, you’ll be part of a dynamic and energetic team dedicated to helping young individuals build their skills, confidence, and readiness to sustain employment. Through a targeted and personalized approach, you’ll support them in achieving their employment and education goals, ensuring they feel empowered and equipped to thrive in their chosen pathways.
As a Post Placement Support Officer, every day will be different but core responsibilities will include:
• Providing tailored mentoring to support young people in employment and/or education, helping them build workplace skills, navigate challenges, and meet their mutual obligations
• Maintaining consistent and proactive communication with both members and employers to foster strong working relationships
• Meeting individual KPIs and contributing to team goals, with a focus on achieving 12 and 26 week outcome targets
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal yourtown site staff and external stakeholders to ensure collaborative support for members
• Collecting and submitting documentary evidence as part of contractual obligations
• Ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with established quality standards and requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Tech Savvy, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and databases.
• Ability to problem-solve on the go, navigate challenges with an outcomes-focused approach.

• Knowledge of the local labour market.
