your opportunity

We have a newly created opportunity at yourtown for a TTW Performance Enhancement Manager to elevate program performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure exceptional delivery within our Transition to Work (TTW) program. In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with our TTW Managers to champion excellence through quality feedback, offering strategic recommendations, and initiate proactive measures to ensure consistent delivery across all sites, while positively influencing talent retention.

Your role will include:

• Design, develop and execute on-the-job competency-based induction and rolling onboarding programs for new starters.
• Implement project rollouts aligned with the TTW contract compliance and addressing performance gaps.
• Monitor program performance, providing real-time strategies for improvement and maintaining consistency across information, practices, customer service, and TTW program service compliance.
• Support the leadership team in enhancing TTW teams’ capacity through targeted performance improvement projects, staff training, and contractual compliance reviews. In addition, you will provide technical advice and coaching to site staff, ensuring high standards of compliance and positive performance outcomes.

what we are looking for

• Extensive experience in a leadership position within Employment Services; prior experience working within the Transition to Work contract is highly advantageous.
• A natural problem solver, with strong administrative, time management and project planning skills.
• Proven ability to analyse data reports using platforms such as PowerBI and Excel to inform decision making.
• Experienced in conducting impactful one-on-one and team coaching sessions, providing actionable feedback to enhance performance.
• Demonstrated business acumen with a history of driving performance, data analysis, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, liaison, and networking skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across internal and external stakeholders.
