yourtown operates the nationally acclaimed Kids Helpline, which is Australia's only free, private and confidential, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25.

About the role

As the Administration Officer, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to NSW Service Manager and the wider Kids Helpline NSW team.

Working closely with the NSW Service Manager and the management team, key responsibilities include:

• calendar management
• coordinate incoming and outgoing communication – telephone, in person, written
• provide operational support such as facilities and resources management
• contribute to strategic analysis and forecasting for efficient workforce planning and service delivery targets
• provide financial, contract and records management support
• coordinate travel and events

About you

You will be flexible to take on any task as required and will be able to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider Kids Helpline NSW team.

The successful applicant will bring:

• at least 3 years experience providing administrative support at a management level
• strong time management and organisational skills to achieve deadlines in an environment of multiple competing priorities
• excellent MS Office skills and proficiency with using Excel for reporting and analysis
• high-level communication and interpersonal skills that will see you develop strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
