The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is a newly created division, functioning as a centre of project excellence across yourtown. The EPMO is a part of the Office of the CEO.

About the role

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for embedding and uplifting project management capability across the organisation whilst leading enterprise level, high risk projects. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance, structure and methodology to implement projects;
  • Successful project delivery of complex projects;
  • Multi-tasking and managing various project elements simultaneously.

About you

To be successful in this role you possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management in a similar role delivering complex projects;
  • Previous experience assisting in the creation of a PMO/working with organisational transformation is strongly desired;
  • Proven experience working at an enterprise level to increase organisational maturity;
  • Strong relationship building and influential skills to promote project management best practice across yourtown;
  • Highly developed communications skills and the ability to tailor your key messaging;
  • High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Acute proficiency in project management software. 
  • A dynamic, results driven attitude and embrace organisational change.
