We are one of the largest not-for-profit providers of services for young people in Australia with sites across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania. We are currently seeking Casual Customer Experience Agents to join our friendly team. You will provide a high level of customer service to yourtown’s supporters through inbound and outbound, email & web chat. You will also be responsible for data entry of orders and donations and supporting the mail processing centre to ensure efficient processing of all associated mailroom functions. 

These are casual positions to commence November 2021 until the end of February 2022 . Hours will vary each week, depending on operational need.  We are looking for applicants, who have good flexibility to work across our hours of operation Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 5pm. Work from home options available. 

To be successful in this role:

  • Customer service focused
  • Confident, strong telephone skills
  • A real team player
  • Ability to perform administrative and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Confident in using a range of technologies
  • 1 – 2 yrs experience in customer service / sales experience desirable
