About the role

The Systems Administrator will support IT Operations with the day to day configuration, maintenance and reliable operation of infrastructure, systems and servers across yourtown. Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Installing, supporting and maintaining all server hardware, software and supporting infrastructure;
  • Designing, implementing, documenting and configuring yourtown network equipment;
  • Managing the assets register including hardware, software, counts and licences;
  • Providing remote and in person 3rd level Systems support.

About you

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing level 2 and level 3 IT support;
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft cloud and on-premise server environments;
  • Proven experience working with Azure tenancy management;
  • Demonstrated experience working with Azure Administration including Identity, Monitor and Security;
  • Strong relationship building and influential skills;
  • Outstanding communications and reporting skills complimented by acute attention to detail;
  • A dynamic results driven attitude and embrace organisational change.
