Our Virtual Services division includes Kids Helpline and Parentline telephone, email and web counselling services. Kids Helpline is a national, free, confidential counselling service specifically for young people that operates a 50+-seat contact centre 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with shifts varying to meet expected demand.

About the role:

Based at Milton and reporting to the Workforce Planning and Administration Manager, the Administration Officer will provide quality administrative and service support to the Workforce Planning team. You will:

  • Create, maintain and improve administration tasks;
  • Calendar and meeting administration;
  • Scan, classify and store records within the yourtown database;
  • Monitor supplies and stationary and order and distribute across;
  • Monitor and manage enquiries (via phone and email);
  • Update rosters with changes, amendments and absenteeism and
  • Provide ongoing and ad hoc support to the Virtual Services unit.

This 6-month contract position provides the opportunity to be coached and mentored by an experienced Workforce Planning Manager.
