As the Project Manager you will lead and deliver multiple projects within the Virtual Services Portfolio. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the client experience, driving operational efficiency, reducing complexity, and supporting a seamless transition to contemporary, integrated service platforms.
Your role will include:
• manage projects across the full project lifecycle
• engage with stakeholders to define specific objectives and agree on the best approach
• develop detailed project plans, timelines and measures of success
• develop, monitor and achieve project budgets and financial targets
• develop and foster strong relationships with the project team and key stakeholders
• ensure projects are guided by key principles such as privacy by design, human centred design, safe by design
This position will be appointed on a 6 month, maximum term contract basis.
what we are looking for
You are an experienced Project Manager who has successfully delivered multiple high impact, year long projects, ideally within the human services sector.
You will bring:
• passion, commitment and belief in young people
• tertiary qualifications in Project Management, or a Human Services related degree with certification in Project Management
• minimum 5 years’ demonstrated experience managing projects across the full project lifecycle
• demonstrated experience delivering multiple, medium-scale, high-impact projects, and implementing creative solutions
• demonstrated ability to lead, mange and inspire diverse teams of technical and generalist staff
• advanced experience using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
