your role
- Personalised Employment Pathways: We deliver outcome-focused support through comprehensive assessments, strategic pathway development, proactive employer engagement, and ongoing guidance to ensure long-term employment success.
- Work Readiness Assessments: Our intake process identifies each participant’s strengths, aspirations, and readiness for work, laying the foundation for a customised employment journey.
- Collaborative Goal Setting: We work side-by-side with participants to set meaningful goals and implement practical strategies that build confidence and capability.
- Strengths-Based Job Matching: Using a client-centred approach, we connect young people with employment opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and potential.
- Proactive Employer Engagement: Through job matching, cold calling, and reverse marketing, we actively promote our participants to employers, opening doors to new possibilities.
