The Content Creator plays a key role in crafting compelling content that drives impact across a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, EDMs, advertising, and print. While a key focus will be on supporting Parentline, our vital service offering professional counselling, education, and guidance for parents and carers, you’ll also contribute across our broader brand portfolio, including Kids Helpline and yourtown. This role ensures all content is trend-aware, audience-focused, and engaging - helping to build brand awareness, support meaningful customer journeys and deliver measurable results.

Your day as the Content Creator will look like:

• Creating engaging and relevant marketing content and digital assets by planning and developing copy, imagery, video, audio and other multimedia material.
• Collaborating with our business partners to deliver a wide variety of digital assets in response to briefs.
• Planning and executing content and campaigns aligned to business goals and KPIs.
• Using relevant martech management systems to support delivering content (Sitecore, Dynamics Marketing, Social Scheduling, Ad Management platforms).
• Proofreading and editing creative material and content.

Please note, this position is a maximum term contract with an end date of 30 June 2026

what we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a similar discipline.
• A minimum of four years’ experience in social media and content creation.
• Proven experience managing a dynamic content calendar, creating, and curating content across multiple brands, platforms, and audiences.
• Experience using content management systems as well as design programs such as adobe creative cloud and canva.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to create powerful, engaging customer centric content.
• Ability to review content performance and provide valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Fundamental knowledge of SEO principles and tactics.
