As the Employment Solutions Partner you will be part of a team that provides tailored employment related services to employers with the aim of sourcing employment opportunities for our job seekers. You will partner with employers to create suitable employment opportunities and place our young job seekers into employment. Every day will be diverse but in essence your day to day will include:
• Networking face to face and building rapport with employers to build an employer pipeline.
• Partner closely with our youth to pinpoint their career aspirations, and team up with employers to align job opportunities seamlessly with the career goals of our young people.
• Provide guidance to the employers on labour market concepts, opportunities and employer incentives that are available.
• Become acquainted with our caseload of young members to facilitate precise job matching, ensuring sustainable and successful employment outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with local employers to establish long term career opportunities for our youth.

Transition to Work (TtW) is the Australian Government’s youth specialist employment service that supports young people to develop practical skills to gain employment or connect with education or training. We provide tailored, youth-focused support for young people to get work, skills and practical help to transform their lives.
