The Enterprise Trainer - Digital Marketing will facilitate the delivery of yourtown’s Social Enterprise Youth Digital marketing Skills program which aims to provide young people with training in digital literacy and administration skills, to ultimately prepare them for open employment opportunities. The role will provide specific marketing/administrative skills whilst contributing to the achievement of training and employment outcomes for young people.

Based in Brisbane (Milton and Kingston) you will oversee the project activities associated with the Digital Skills training program including delivery of the approved project plan and scope of works.
Your role will include:
• The delivery of quality training and supervision to young people to ensure successful completion of the program
• Collaborate with partner organisations to coordinate additional training activities
• Leading by example and fostering a sense of independence and wellbeing
• Overseeing the project activities associated with the Digital Skills training program
• Promote a positive Workplace Health and Safety culture and ensure active compliance

You will have the skills, experience, and desire to support our young people, delivering high quality projects for our customers and meeting contractual obligations. You will understand the skills and behaviours to instil in young people and will be extremely motivated and encouraging.
You will bring:
- Qualifications in Business or Marketing would be highly desired with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- An understanding of the challenges to employment faced by young people.
- The ability to work within the Mission and Values of yourtown, and demographics of yourtown clients.
- Exceptional knowledge and demonstrated experience within business or marketing or business administration in a training environment
- Passion, commitment, and belief in young people.
