your opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, highly autonomous operator to join our Corporate Services team as the Quality Assurance & Administrative Coordinator. Your primary focus will be seamlessly coordinating administrative tasks to bolster the efficiency of our Finance team. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in upholding organisational standards through rigorous quality assurance initiatives, as well as providing proactive support in the implementation of finance business planning and Board Committee responsibilities.

Your role will include:

• Provide administrative, operational & clerical support to the Chief Financial Officer and the finance department including preparing and organising meetings, preparation of documents, and planning & coordination of travel.
• Oversee the finance quality assurance function, including managing organisational files, guiding procedure development and deployment, and conducting ongoing improvement and assurance evaluations to uphold compliance standards.
• Serve as a central liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, promptly addressing phone and email inquiries, while efficiently managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

In addition, you will also bring:

• Certificate level qualification and a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to think laterally, work under pressure and achieve deadlines in an environment of multiple competing priorities.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal skills with experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance, demonstrating strong decision-making abilities.
