Working with the office of the CEO, based in Milton, you will work across multiple and diverse change projects.  You will lead the development and execution of organisational change management (OCM) through the change strategy and the integration of change practice. The position will actively engage with business units and the project delivery teams to identify and document business readiness, change activities and ensure all project change impacts are being communicated and integrated into the business accordingly.

You will also:

  • With the Enterprise Program Management Office Manager, take responsibility for OCM, define, implement and monitor the change management strategy.
  • Identify change program requirements, including scope and deliverables with clear inputs/outputs/change dependencies between streams and programs of work.
  • Be responsible for change impact assessments and business readiness management, including training and communication planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with project leads, sponsors, and stakeholders to develop the change approach and commitment to support change implementation.
  • Translate the change strategy into an actionable change plan, implement and embed effectively

The right candidate for this role will:

  • Hold tertiary qualification in business, change management, and/or project management (or a related discipline).
  • Have a minimum of five years’ experience delivering strategic and organisational change management
  • Demonstrate significant experience in planning and executing effective change management (including change impact assessments, training needs analysis and change plans) and delivering high-quality change management and communications to support the change for different audiences.
  • Be experienced in working in agile projects and change methodology and structure.
  • Will have proficient analytical skills and the ability to apply these to identify potential opportunities and risks with solutions
  • Confidently utilise SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
