your opportunity

As the Enterprise Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of yourtown. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of tasks across key areas such as compliance, records management, risk, finance, contracting, information requests and correspondence.

Your work will help yourtown stay organised and on track by maintaining accurate records, supporting clear communication, and ensuring everything meets regulatory requirements, all with a strong focus on great customer service.

In the Enterprise Support Officer position, you will:

• Deliver high quality administrative support across multiple business areas, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Manage information and records by maintaining accurate documentation, updating systems (CRM), and handling information requests.
• Support compliance and risk activities, including monitoring checks, managing registers and coordinating quality improvement processes.
• Coordinate logistics and resources, such as travel bookings, events, merchandise, and marketing materials, to ensure efficient and cost-effective outcomes.
• Provide financial and secretariat support, including processing invoices, assisting executive teams, and supporting working groups and projects as required.

This position is permanent part time, offering 2.5 days per week working on site at our Milton head office.

• Proven experience in administration or office support, with a strong eye for detail, efficiency and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
• A focus on compliance, ensuring documents and processes meet all guidelines, regulatory requirements and timeframes.
• Confidence with technology, especially Microsoft Office with proficient skills in Excel and Word.
• Resilience and motivation, with the ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
• Excellent communication skills, including a polished phone manner and clear written communication.
• A current unrestricted driver’s licence.
