About the Role

Based at Milton and working with the Learning & Development Team, this role will be responsible for administrating and managing our learning systems (Litmos and LinkedIn Learning). The initial focus of the role will be optimising all aspects our current learning management system (Litmos) to support effective learning outcomes and improve reporting functionality including compliance reporting You will also co-ordinate key aspects of our learning activities including training plans, learning budget monitoring and training approvals.

You will need excellent system administration skills and a keen interest in and the ability to develop and optimize our learning management system to achieve ongoing improvements.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Managing our Learning Management System, including day-to-day management, system updates, system optimisation, system integration with other yourtown systems and system training
  • Managing our LinkedIn Learning account including managing licences and liaising with LinkedIn Learning account manager and technical support
  • Providing expert technical advice to the Performance & Capability Manager and team members on the best structure of learning programs in the system
  • Analysing training data and developing a suite of scheduled reports to various stakeholders within yourtown
  • Updating and maintaining training records and data to support accurate training records and  training [KD8] compliance
  • Regularly reviewing the usability of the system to achieve optimal training program structures and reporting outcomes
  • Monitoring and triaging the Training helpdesk
  • Manage and co-ordinate organisational training plans for initial and ongoing training of yourtown staff
  • Manage the Personnel Training Request process and support the Performance & Capability Manager to manage the organizational training budget
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of related learning and development processes and procedures

About you

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Degree level qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. HR, Business)
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar position within training or human resources
  • Demonstrated experience in managing learning systems
  • reporting and data analysis experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and competency using Human Resource Information Systems
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer centricity and principles of human centred design, with a mindset and practice of safety and understands the mutuality of being safe and role modeling safety
  • Proven interpersonal skills with experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes
  • Great attention to detail and organisation skills that can manage multiple priorities
