About the role:

yourtown has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic team member to join our Member Support Team based in our corporate head office in Milton!

As Member Support Administration Officer, you will work across various facets of providing individually tailored employment-related services to young people. You will be part of a dynamic and energetic team that works together with the young person to focus on building their skills, confidence and readiness to maintain employment through targeted and tailored activities.

As a Member Support Administration Officer, every day will be different but day to day you will be;

  • Support members in employment and/or education by providing mentoring to improve their workplace skills, support to resolve workplace challenges, and meet their mutual obligations
  • Maintain regular contact and communication with Members and Employers;
  • Achieve individual KPI’s and team goals to meet outcome targets. Achieve minimum performance targets based on 12, and 26 week outcomes;
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, and a strong customer service focus;
  • Maintain strong rapport with both internal yourtown site staff and external stakeholders to collectively support our Members
  • Understand and meet quality and compliance requirements;

This is a permanent Full-time Position based in Milton
 Remuneration for this role commences at $67,517 per annum + 10.5% Superannuation + $15,990 salary packaging + Monthly RDO’s. 

We are looking for a superstar to assist our young members particularly between
10.30am – 7.00pm
but also anywhere between normal operating hours of 7:30am – 7:00pm (8hours max per/day)

  • Knowledge of the local labour market;
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and hardworking;
