We offer tailored employment services including Transition to Work which specialises in providing intensive, pre-employment support to help young people young (15-24) on their journey to sustainable employment .

The Role

As the Job Placement Coach, you will be part of a team that works together with the young person, and will focus on building their skills, confidence and readiness to enter employment through targeted and tailored activities.

As a Job Placement Coach every day will be different but day to day you will be;

  • Completing intake assessments with the job seeker to determine work readiness;
  • Working in collaboration with the job seeker to goal set;
  • Connecting with relevant community organisations to support work readiness;
  • Job matching, cold calling and reverse marketing the job seeker to employers;

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity (Monday – Friday) located in Bundaberg!

Remuneration for this role commences at $67,517 per annum + 10.5% Superannuation + salary packaging + Monthly RDO's
