Your Opportunity

The Recruitment Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and office support to the Employment Solutions team, who partner closely with employers to source job vacancies for our job seekers. Your contribution to the team with be crucial to ensure we can continue to provide a quality service for young people who may need support finding sustainable employment and also for employers who use our services to cover staffing needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support including placement confirmations, internship agreements, wage subsidy requests and system administration;
  • Acting as an employer liaison at the direction of the Employment Solutions team;
  • Running live vacancy status reports for the wider team;
  • Phone screening job seekers that are referred by the wider team and job matching;
  • Maintaining client records and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.

This position will be based at our Kingston or Browns Plains site.
