The Human Resource (HR) Graduate will provide centralised support to the People and Culture team and the business in meeting its strategic objectives. You will be working across all facets of the employee lifecycle.

In addition to this you will:

  • Entering new starter information into all P&C systems enabling effective on boarding and probation processes;
  • Managing and triaging P&C inboxes and being the first point of contact for a variety of queries;
  • Preparing contracts of employment, letters and correspondence to and on behalf of employees;
  • Coordinating events including catering, travel booking, room set up etc;
  • Supporting in the delivery of P&C projects;
  • Supporting the development and review of P&C policies, procedures and practises by undertaking research and drafting content.

This is a 12 month fixed term role based in Milton. Negotiable to full-time or part-time. 

About you:

To be successful in this role you possess:

  • University level qualification in Human Resources or similar;
  • Highly developed organisational skills, coupled with strong communication skills and negotiation skills;
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining positive and professional working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong initiative, discretion and tact and the ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with issues of a sensitive or personal nature;
  • The ability to work well as part of a team but also autonomously.
