The yourtown Talent team are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to join the team. We are looking for a proactive and tenacious resourcer with experience using a variety of attraction methods and search approaches. In this role you will work in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to support the recruitment process.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines
  • Manage the front-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to compliance
  • Verification checks including references, WWCC and visa checks
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of candidate information 
  • Support hiring and on-boarding administrative activities 
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience, ensuring yourtown is a preferred employer

  • Strong communication skills - both written & verbal to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders of all levels of the organisation.

This position full time 12-month contract located in Milton.
