About the role

In this newly created role of Service Design Manager you will develop the CX strategy for yourtown and lead service design life cycle to ensure delivery of the best possible end-user experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and designing the end to end user experience across the enterprise utilising contemporary user-centric design methodologies;
  • Collaborating with the BAs and UX Designers to understand requirements;
  • Designing the material components of the product/service;
  • Planning and designing tests that validate services have been built against design specification;
  • Embedding a service management culture within the wider team and leading all service design activities for both network and IT Operations.

About you

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role developing service strategy and lifecycle plans within an IT environment;
  • Extensive knowledge of application lifecycles, project methodologies and ITIL;
  • Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to present to diverse audiences;
  • Strong relationship building and influential skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking coupled with a results driven attitude.
