As a Youth Worker, you will work with young people using a client-centered, strengths-based approach in helping them work through their non-vocational challenges to employment. Your days will be diverse but in essence, can include;
This is a full-time role based in St Mary’s for a 6 month period.
Remuneration for this role commences at $74,910 per annum + 10% Superannuation + salary packaging.
You are approachable and easily build rapport with young people. You understand that persistence is key and you follow through on what you commit to. Your practice is client focussed, our young people are at the heart of it and you understand that they are the experts in their own lives.
