The National Employment Services Operations Manager will support the continuous improvement of performance, quality and sustainability of yourtown Employment Services operations.
You will add value to quality services that enhance the lives of young people through providing expert advice, coaching and training to assist the National Employment Services Manager to maximize achievement against key performance measures and financial target, support the National Employment Services Manager in designing and implementing strategies to achieve financial management, contract compliance and employer engagement and Implement strategies to support a consistent approach to service delivery across the jobactive and Transition to Work sites.
In addition to a relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum of five years' experience within employment services, operational management, or specialised industry experience, candidates will also have a proven ability to run a highly compliance driven business unit including centralised services provided in a call centre environment. You will have an excellent understanding of the Star Rating system, the Employment Services contract, Transition to Work contract and labour market intervention strategies.
