At yourtown, we believe every young person has the right to a brighter future and aim to be part of the solution by delivering services that get results. Our services include Kids Helpline, training and employment services for young people, parent education and specialist accommodation for families.

Kids Helpline is Australia’s only free, private and confidential 24/7 counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25. Since 1991, Australia’s kids and young people have been turning to our professional, specialised counsellors, no matter who they are, where they live or what they want to talk about. Over this time, we have responded to over 8 million contacts. For some young people, connecting with Kids Helpline has been a life-saving experience, while for others it’s about practical help and emotional support at the critical moment they need someone to listen.

We are excited to announce that we are opening a new Kids Helpline service in Western Sydney. To support our new service, we are recruiting a Kids Helpline Service Manager to manage the day to day operations, ranging from monitoring and reporting on financial performance to providing direct line management and supervision to a team of Supervisors. You will possess a Bachelor Degree in psychology, social work or counselling and have extensive experience in managing a team of counsellors. You will have strong leadership skills with a strong balance between operational and strategic experience.
