The diverse range of yourtown Children and Family programs all have at their core a strong therapeutic service delivery framework in working with children and their parents. Our services include child protection, parenting, early childhood, child and family mental health, family and domestic violence and education engagement initiatives. The newly created role of National Manager - Children and Families will facilitate consistent practice and service delivery, especially in relation to case management and outcome measurement frameworks, across all programs. Leading programs across geographically dispersed locations, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of program theories and service models and identify and develop opportunities to deepen and grow the impact of our Families and Children's programs.
You will be a senior leader who brings a track record of leading and motivating multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams in a human services organisation. You will have expert knowledge of child protection systems and interventions and assessing and responding to risk. As part of the senior management team you will be passionate about creating brighter futures for young people and will use your knowledge to identify opportunities to grow and implement new programs and services. You will have senior level experience in managing financial and program performance and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with an engaging style to build and sustain relationships internally and externally with a broad range of industry, government and community stakeholders.
